Microsoft’s internal development studio, Turn 10, has said that its Xbox 360-exclusive racing game Forza Motorsport 3 sold one million copies in its first month of release.
According to the studio the Forza community has collectively logged over 6.6 million hours playing online in over 64 million connected sessions. Other fun facts from developer say that 590 million miles (or 952 million kilometers) have also been driven in the game to date.
Following the release of the ‘Hot Holidays’ car pack fans of the title can expect more DLC to coincide with the North American International Auto Show in Detroit early next year.

i waited so long for forza 3 to come out and whilst the majority of it is a great game there are a few things that make it not as good as forza 2. online is totally nerfed and the single player mode has no real incentive to carry on player after you max out your driver level. where forza 2 had car rewards for completing series, forza 3 only has credits. yawn!
Inane Microsoft 'big numbers' press release #3,047. Yawn.
